What can I expect from the event?

A one-of-a-kind family adventure. Set along a 1.2 km walking trail at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space, Festilumi offers an immersive journey through magical, awe-inspiring light worlds—an imaginative trip around the globe brought to life through dazzling displays.

Where is the experience located?

Festilumi takes place at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space, located at 3 Hung Hing Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If adverse weather makes it impossible for the event to open, you will be notified by email using the address linked to your Fever account. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the message.

 

How long does the experience last?

Visitors typically spend 60 to 90 minutes exploring the trail.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Please note that outside food will not be allowed on the Festilumi grounds.

How can I get there?

The easiest way to get to Festilumi is using public transport, MTR Exhibition Center station is the closest.

The Exhibition Center Public Transport Interchange is also located just across the street from site.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking directly at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space.
However, several parking options are available nearby. Please refer to your preferred parking or map app to find the most convenient location.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to our ticketing information page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings

Will Festilumi be cancelled in bad weather?

Festilumi may be suspended or closed in the event of adverse weather conditions, including when the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force. If such situations occur, announcements will be posted on Festilumi’s social media. Unless otherwise stated, we’ll be ready to welcome you, rain or shine.

About Tickets
Where can I get tickets?

You can purchase tickets through the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, or directly on the Fever website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, on-site ticketing will be available. However, to secure your preferred date and time, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. ) Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

The Flex Option must be purchased to allow rescheduling or exchanging your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play).

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Festilumi is a pet friendly environment, and for the most enjoyable experience, we encourage you to visit our event with your furry friends on Pet Nights. For these events, we have made comprehensive pet-friendly arrangements. Reserve your free Pet tickets on-line and please make sure they are on leash or in a backpack!

Is there a Lost & Found?

We recommend first checking with the staff at the venue to see if your belongings have been found. If you are no longer on site or cannot speak to staff directly, please contact us.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome, and the space is accessible for prams and strollers. Kids aged 2 and under may join free of charge.

How should I prepare for the experience?

Here are some practical tips to make the most of your adventure:

  1. We invite you to dress according to the evening temperature and let yourself be dazzled by the Festilumi adventure—rain or shine!
  2. Wear comfortable and appropriate footwear.
  3. The route is 1.2 kilometers long. Plan for 60 to 90 minutes for the visit. These times are approximate and may vary depending on attendance.
  4. To capture the magical moments of your adventure in photos and videos, make sure your mobile phone is fully charged.

The outdoors, nighttime, is subject to weather conditions such as wind and rain. Please plan accordingly and equip yourself with suitable clothing, shoes, and accessories for these conditions. Festilumi is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, or injury. Stay in designated areas and remain alert to your surroundings, other visitors, structures, the ground, and the trail. Please do not attempt to climb on the structures.

Any tips for taking photos or videos?

To capture your favorite magical moments, please ensure your mobile phone is fully charged before your visit.

Are there any safety reminders?

For your safety:
– Stay within designated pathways.
– Remain aware of your surroundings, other visitors, structures, the ground, and the trail.
– Do not climb or lean on any installations.
